Custom Order Process
01 — Initial Chat
After filling out and submitting your order form, Alexis will reach out via email to discuss your piece in more detail, to ensure she has a good idea of what you are envisioning!
02 — Mood Board
After working with you to gather style & color inspiration for your piece - Alexis will use that info to create and provide you with a mood board that should align with your vision!
03 — The Details
Once the mood board is approved, Alexis will ask for info on the size, textiles, materials, and all other details you have in mind.
03 — Cost Estimate
Based on the details and mood board, Alexis will provide you with a handful of options with corresponding cost estimates.
04 — Sketch/Diagram
After agreeing upon a cost estimate, Alexis will provide you with a rough sketch or diagram of your piece - this will give a final look into what the piece will look like after it is finished!
05 — Production
At this point, you will receive an estimated timeline for completion of your piece, and Alexis will get started creating. Expect regular updates and open communication throughout the production process, and you might even get some progress pics along the way!
06 — Completion & Delivery
Once your piece is complete, Alexis will share final photos with you before delivering. You’ll receive all relevant tracking information to ensure your piece gets to you safe & sound.
